Apostle Nataki Tompkins
Founder & Director
Nataki Tompkins is the wife of Mr. Timothy Tompkins and mother of two sons, Adin and Aaron. She is an ordained Apostle, called to advance the Kingdom of God through equipping the Body of Christ and reach those seeking wholeness through the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
Apostle Tompkins’ biblical training includes studies at the AP Institute of Biblical Studies and five years of completed Leadership Training at Church of the Living Waters in Detroit, Michigan, under the leadership of Apostles Chester and Peggy Jo Mason.
God uses her powerfully in preaching, teaching, deliverance, and deep inner-healing ministry, as well as in conference speaking, media outreach (radio and television), and prophetic dance. Her ministry expression reflects love, compassion and authority, guided by a heart to bring healing and truth to individuals, families, and churches.
In 2025, Nataki was honored as a recipient of the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing her lifelong commitment and faithful service in ministry.
Before transitioning into full-time ministry, Nataki spent more than 20 years in the marketplace, with professional experience in administration, store management, and security/loss-prevention management. Though she did not recognize it then, these years of leadership and responsibility were part of God’s preparation—training her to lead, encourage, enlighten, direct, and love those He would one day call her to serve.
In February 2011, she stepped away from the marketplace to fully embrace her divine assignment. Since then, the Lord has commissioned her to minister to the LGBTQ+ community and to equip church leaders to “speak the truth in love,” offering both biblical clarity and compassionate guidance. As part of this mandate, she organizes annual conferences designed to awaken the Body of Christ to engage this widely discussed and often misunderstood issue with wisdom and Christlike love.
Apostle Tompkins oversees ministries in Michigan, Georgia, Texas, California, and New Jersey, and is the Founder and Director of Love Broke The Chains, a ministry dedicated to healing, restoration, and freedom in Christ for those seeking transformation.

Apostle Sha'nelle Delfosse
Co-Founder & Director - New Jersey
Sha’nelle Rebecca Delfosse, a wife to Patrick C. Delfosse Jr., and biological mother of 2 children, was called and named by God to be SHARED. The name derived from Sha (in Sha’Nelle) Re (in Rebecca) and D (in Delfosse). Shared is defined as 1. Use something along with others 2. Take responsibility together 3. Let somebody use something 4. Divide something equally between people 5. Similar feeling or experience 6. Tell somebody something. SHARED has allowed God to use her in all capacities of ministry including but not limited to preaching, teaching, prophesying, ministering, healing, delivering, rebuking, reproving, rebuilding, establishing, dancing, and singing all for the edification of the body of Christ and the glorification of the Father in heaven.
As a SHARED vessel of God, it is no concern to her in which capacity God desires to use her, but it is most important that she remain in the perfect will of God in all things. With her very strong message of LOVE, she is determined to press toward the mark of the High Calling and bring as many others with her as possible. SHARED realizes that she does not belong to herself but has been bought with a price, and now belongs to God the Father. Therefore she has set her mind, heart, strength, body and soul on a path to live a life poured out to God, Holy and acceptable in His sight.
Though she carries an Apostolic & Prophetic Mantle and is ordained as an Elder and Prophet in the Gospel she believes in placing more emphasis on displaying the character of God by the fruit of His Spirit, so that through her good works others would glorify God alone. Her compassion stems from having travailed through many experiences including deliverance from homosexuality, sexual immorality, fornication, adultery, lying, cheating, backbiting, murder, self affliction, depression, self hatred, anger, unforgiveness, pride, molestation, incest, rape, prostitution, drugs, alcoholism, and all manner of lust in her life. As a result she has become a catalyst for change; a living testament; a walking epistle to the POWER of God’s LOVE through His Word to break CHAINS. She carries a message of hope and deliverance to those who are enslaved by sexual, physical, mental, financial and spiritual abuse and bondage.
As part of her work for the Lord, she is Founder & Director of Shared Ministries, Inc, a 501c3 Non Profit prophetic expression and demonstration of the gospel of Jesus Christ through the arts of dance, song, spoken word and dramatization of scripture and testimonials. She is Owner/Chief Graphic Designer of Shared Images, LLC., a graphic design business, led by the foundational principles of Christ to be the hands that run with it’s client’s dreams & visions written and made plain through manifestation of visual print and electronic production. She has recently been appointed and accepted the role as Executive Director of Love Broke the Chains Ministry – NJ Extension, and has coined and trademarked the slogan “Love Is What Love Does” as the expression of the ministry by which she has become a demonstration of. She has founded, instituted and facilitated “Bible Chews” a daily individual focused devotional bible study with various students to further their revelatory knowledge and understanding of God’s Holy Scriptures. She has taught various youth groups the scriptures through what she has called “Scripture Jingles” whereabout the word of God is sung verbatim with melodies that help institute memory of the life-breathed Word of God written in His Holy Bible. All of these accomplishments are attributed to the valuable instructions and leading of the Holy Spirit, in addition to the anointed mentoring of her leaders of Apostles.
It is a great honor for her to SHARE the living truth, the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all who have an ear to hear, in and out of season. It is her prayer that wherever she goes, she is able to impact a change in the environment as she allows God’s LOVE through her to infect the atmosphere leaving a mark of Christ that will never be forgotten.
